When access permissions have no clear owner, who makes sure they're reviewed? That's the problem we're solving here. This assessment found missing business owners.

Let's turn that finding into work your team can follow. In this existing roadmap, open the ownership action. The goal is simple: give each permission a named business owner. First, check why the action matters.

Linked findings bring the ownership gaps and missed reviews together, so the team has the context. Next, make responsibility clear. Tom is already assigned to coordinate the work.

Change the status to In Progress as work begins. Now the team can follow the delivery tasks: review the current setup, plan the changes, then validate the improvements.

Each task has its own status. Finally, check the schedule. This action runs from September thirteenth to October twenty-ninth, alongside the other planned improvements.

One finding, a responsible owner, and a clear plan to follow. Thanks for watching. Explore more AssessX features, or book a demo with our team.
