    The assessment is complete. Now the team needs to decide what to fix first, and turn its findings into a practical improvement plan. Start with the risk created from the assessment.

    Temporary administrator access could remain active too long. The description, likelihood and impact explain the concern, while the context connects it to supporting evidence. The related gap shows what needs to change: access

    duration and expiry are not consistently required. Current and target maturity help explain the shortfall. In the Roadmap Builder, the team selects the relevant scope and previews the plan.

    AssessX groups related findings into proposed improvement initiatives. The team can inspect each initiative’s priority, effort and linked risks and gaps before creating a new version. The previous roadmap remains available.

    AI spots foundational work scheduled too late and recommends bringing it forward. The team reviews the reasoning, then moves the initiative into Stabilize.
